This fix addresses two issues of pypsa-eur routine done with powerplant data within build_powerplants.py script. In particular:
technologytype for some gas PPs is NaN, which was copied intoFueltypefor a subset of gas-fired techs, in result removing ~10 PPs from the solution space.technologyfor selected Nuclear PPs was incorrectly marked as 'OCGT'
